1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used nail products
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Please provide photos or videos as proof.
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item to the provided address
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
6.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
If the issue persists, please contact us.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our support team.
